Project Overview

The goal of this project is to create a phone case with a fidget spinner attached to the back, similar to the spinners constantly advertised on websites such as EverydayCarry. The spinner will sit flush against the case to guarantee a comfortable feel in hand, and will able to pop up similar to the way you click a pen. The case will be 3D-printed and will snap together on the phone in two pieces. The spinner will utilize ball bearings and small weights to ensure a satisfying spin every time it is used. The goal is to use minimal materials to keep the cost low and make the case more affordable than current fidget spinners, which can be upwards of $200.
